Soya coffee latte with extra espresso and hazelnut

What is it with me and not updating on the current date the pictures are taken? Well, this is from Thursday when I went to take a cup of coffee at Choco Boco with N. It's been a while since the last time I have been at a café in the evening for a cup of coffee. Or as the header says; a soy café latte with extra espresso and hazelnut. I don't get why there isn't more coffee in these coffee drinks. And why the amount only goes from simple to double. I want a double (espresso) latte with extra double espresso!

On a side note, I love that it is notably getting darker at evenings~

Hva er det med meg å ikke blogge på dagen bildene er tatt? Uansett, dette er fra Torsdagen da jeg og N var og tok en kopp kaffe på Choco Boco. Det er alt for lenge siden sist jeg var på café på ettermiddagen for å drikke kaffe og skravle. Eller som overskriften sier; for å drikke en soya kaffe latte med extra espresso og haselnutt smak. Kan ikke skjønne hvorfor det ikke er mer kaffe i disse drikkene. Og hvorfor du bare kan få kjøpt drinkene med enkel eller dobbel. Jeg vil veldig gjerne ha en dobbel (espressp) latte med en ekstra dobble espresso!

Når det er sagt, så digger jeg at det begyner å bli merkbart fortere mørkt om kveldene~

Biking though Alcudia 24.06

Another Sunday where M is working nights and I'm sitting here wondering what to do - and I realise I'm not half way through my planned post from our trip to Alcudia. My blogging spirit hasn't been on top, yet I filling up my days with workouts, walks, baking and more because I don't want my days to feel empty. Well, time to get that spirit back to my blog~

After hanging out on the balcony we decided to take a sightseeing/biking trip through the streets of Alcudia. At our hotel you could rent bikes for four persons or more. Tiny lucky me got to sit in the middle where you don't have to contribute to the pedalling, so I could sit and snap some shots. Fun!

After wards we had dinner at the hotel - where I got special made pizza baguettes, made with gluten free bread. And we decided to get some drinks/cocktails. The Manhattan was definitely my favourite.

At dusk we see...

A sunday a week ago I lured M out on a walk with me, because I needed some air. I got a few moments of daylights before it slowed turned into dusk and darkness. I was snapping pictures until it just got to dark to see anything - though the lens. The walk got much longer than planned because M wanted to go over the hospital bridge, which soon appeared to be a lot further than the memories of it. I followed happily having no clue how far it was. It was a nice walk. A small but long walk immortalized by pictures.

Arriving at Cambridge

Finally, I have edited some pictures from the Cambridge trip. I took over 600 pictures as there was just too much worth taking pictures off, so filtering these will take a while. Also, I think there will be more than just three posts from this trip :) I will update some pictures e.g. from Trondheim in between these. 

Anyways, the trip was by far the most awesome one. Incredible how amazing company makes a trip so much more fun. We started the day by walking to the tourist information, for a map we realised we didn't need, and for a cup of coffee. Then we walked to the Fitzwilliam Museum, which is an incredible building in itself. So grand and so amazing. Too bad it we weren't allowed to take pictures inside, because the ceiling design was amazing! Anyways, enjoy~

I had the wrong light setting (too cold/blue), but still the grass was so green! For a Norwegian it is pretty strange to see such green grass in mid March. We still have snow today....

One of the amazing college we couldn't get into. The college town knows how to take advantage of this, closing the colleges for visitors on Saturday then offering us payed tours to get inside them. Hell no~

The amazing Fitzwilliam museum! It was raining pretty bad at this point, so I had to snap a photo really fast!

Finally under the roof of the amazing museum. Here I was wiping off water of my camera, because I just couldn't resist taking pictures in the rain....

The very much incredible ceiling, it even had netting protection to avoid bits falling off, and possible in our head. Made me wonder how old this building is... it was built in 1848 :)

These photos were so fun to look at on our way home from the trips. This is why I love snapping several pictures at once. While the other two where figuring something out with the camera, Shirley discovered me snapping pics of them ;3

Looking at all these pictures now, I really really miss that trip! Also, on our way to the museum I was drinking coffee while walking and accidentally spilled some on my scarf. A man in a car parked right beside us gave us a pack of tissues. So kind! I ended up wondering if a Norwegian would have done the same? 

Anyways, I really need to start working now!

Machester Part III

Finally, this is the last part of the Manchester updates :) After wandering around in awe at the John Rylands Library we decided to walk and find the Arndale shopping centre. On our way we saw a lot of interesting shop sand buildings. The Arndale shopping centre was huge! I don't think we managed to cover half of it. 

After some shopping we went back to china town to eat dinner. Shirley helped me order something that was a vegetarian dish that wouldn't be too hot for me. I got a mixed vegetable dish with black bean sauce - yummy! After that we had to hurry back to the bus before it left us behind. In all it was an amazing trip~!
