Something yellow n' something paild Vol. 2

Joda, det lå vel kanskje i kortene etter inspirasjons innlegget at jeg kom til å planlegge ett antrekk og ta bilder av det. Og det ga jo mersmak, for det har hatt en positiv effekt på resten av dagen. Dette er jo noe jeg har likt å gjøre før, så hvorfor skulle jeg ikke like å gjøre det nå! Og det jeg selv elsker mest med dette antrekket må vel være museflettene - med en liten vri. Og kan ikke utelukke å nevne at dette er første gangen jeg har på meg neon shortsen jeg fikk av en god venninne i sommer. Jammen på tide!

My favourite thing about this outfit must be the hairstyle - so quirky and cute! And I am happy I finally managed to wear the neon yellow shorts a dear friend gave me this summer - about time! Never know what to match with it, but I think a plaided shirt works superb to it!

Monday, Monday, Monday. The day that can and sometimes will define how the rest of the week will be. I started this day with sleeping way to long. So my goal for today has been to be very busy so I won't face another restless night, and make myself sleep long tomorrow too. Soon I'll go for a walk, then I'm going to swipe over the floors in the appartment before doing a workout. Then I'll be sleepy and ready for bed I guess.

Mandag, mandag, mandag. Den første dagen i uken som kan og noen gang vill definere hvordan resten av uken vil bli. Jeg started denne dagen med å sove alt for lenge. Så målet mitt for idag er egentlig å være så opptatt og aktiv at jeg ikke vil møte enda en rastløs natt og sove like lenge imorgen og! Så jeg har tenkt å gå meg en tur, vaske gulvene i leiligheta og gjøre en liten trenings økt på ben. Da tipper jeg at jeg vil være trøtt og ganske klar for senga.

Hunting for straight lines!

Prrretty silly header, but it is true! Back from Alcudia and having a cheap but nice tripod, I am hunting for a place to snap these shots. But there is no straight walls or lines in this house as it is pretty old! I'll get there one day though ;)

Yes, I got back from Alcudia late at Saturday. The trip was amazing and pictures are coming! Yesterday both M&I where just relaxing and enjoying a day of being inside without feeling we should be outside. We both needed it as we both caught minor colds at the flight home.

Otherwise, everything is pretty fine~!

Challenge: Style detail #1

I had a wonderful chat with a dear friend about blogging, and we where giving each other ideas about what to blog about. During that conversation I got this idea of a challenge for myself. Last year when I realised my blog was only about my outfits I challenged myself to take pictures of something else every day and post it. This year I got the opposite problem, my blog is about everything else than my style and my passion for expressing myself though clothes. So I am reversing the challenge. 

I am challenging myself to take pictures related to my style and post it... Almost everyday. I am saying almost everyday because due to university and work load I know I wont be able to do so every day. And it might be photos of a lip stick, something I bought last week or yesterday, or a favourite piece of clothing. Basically anything from my closet or stuff that I have that is related to my style. And it may have a lot of text and rambling, or no text at all. What do you think?

So, here is challenge #1:

I got this gloves from the same dear friend I mentioned above. I must say I was quite surprised when she said "I got a gift for you" followed by pulling these up from her bag. She was dissatisfied by how they fitted on the hands, and knew how much I liked them. And I wasn't going to say no. I love these babies. I am not a glove shopper, is not a typical item for me to get. But I still love a good pair of chic and stylish gloves.
